Devices can be manually blocked from sending measurements through any of your organization’s hubs using the “Block Devices” button on the measures page. This feature can be used when a patient (or family member) may have a device which automatically pairs with with the Stel Hub but is not part of the patient’s prescribed RPM program.

Select any number of measurements with the desired device MAC addresses, and click “Block Devices”.

<aside> 💡 Only one measurement per MAC address is required to be selected.

The following modal will show you a summary of the devices you would like to block:

Any measurement from these devices thereafter will not be delivered to any of your organization’s endpoints. Additionally, all measurements from those devices will no longer display on the measures list or a hub’s page.
