Your organization will always have a Default hub group, named “Delivery Group” (which can be customized), that all of your purchased hubs will reside in by default. Two common ways of using the default hub group are:

  1. As an inventory where all non-deployed hubs can reside until they are sent out to a patient, at which point they can be moved to the appropriate hub group. If/when the hub is returned, it can be moved back into the default hub group.
  2. As the main hub group for all hubs, regardless of whether they are still in inventory or commissioned to a patient. This can be convenient if:

Of course, this is a fully flexible system that is meant to be adapted to any workflow. You are welcome to customize your organization’s hub groups as you please. There is currently no limit on how many hub groups and endpoints an organization may have.

<aside> đź’ˇ Hubs will always belong to exactly one hub group. As such, when you purchase hubs from Stel, they will always be placed in your default hub group prior to delivery. This process cannot be customized.
