Purpose: The purpose of this guide is to assist your team in the integration of the Stel Vitals Hubs in support of your Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM). The typical timeframe for this work is approximately 3 months but can be accelerated to accommodate organizational goals and timelines.
Goal: At the conclusion of the implementation phase, the organization will be responsible for the organization’s RPM Program including the integration of the Stel Vitals Hub. The Stel Customer Success team will be available as a resource to the organization for guidance, direction and best practices.
